“When I found out I had multiple stress fractures in my back and my vertebrae had become misaligned, I thought that I might never return to the same playing form I had been at before. When I went in to see Francisco though, he was such a confident presence who immediately put me at ease by quickly and accurately assessing my issues, their causes, and how to fix them. After just a few months of consistent work with him, I was back on the court playing at the same level I was before I was hurt. Then just a few months after that, the foundation I built with Francisco helped me to surpass that level by correcting my deeper rooted problems. Now, almost 2 years in, I’m at a level I couldn’t have reached without his help. He’s always there to respond to smaller issues that pop up and send me exercises whenever I need. I sprained my ankle badly in the middle of my season, but Francisco helped me to quickly recover with a full plan I could execute with him and on my own that got me back in form by the end of the season.
